Cancellation policy

The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who "no-show" or fail to cancel their appointment with at least 24 hours notice. If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment Unless your appointment time can be filled. If a no show occurs you will be asked to pre pay for any following appointments. We understand life happens and this fee may be converted into a prepaid for special circumstances. We value your time and hold ourselves to this same policy if we no show/ no call on you your massage is on us!

Late Arrival Policy

As a courtesy to our clients,if we have not received word from you, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged according to the cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advance notification of your late arrival. Again we hold ourselves to this same policy if we are late you will be given your full time or compensated accordingly for your time in the form of store credit.

Gift certificate prepaid and membership session refund policy

Gift certificates, Prepaid sessions and monthly membership charges are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. In special circumstances a store credit refund may be considered. In the state of Washington gift certificates never expire however if you bought it as a promotion the promotional value expires 1 year from date of purchase but you may redeem it for the amount paid for it. If you have gift certificates you no longer wish to use you may gift or sell them. Prepaid sessions and membership sessions are none transferable.
